My friend and I are trying to book a cruise and we seem to have run into a small problem. We are both 20yrs old. According to Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and others you have to be 21yrs old to book. If not you have to have some one in your party at least 25yrs old. Bunch of crap I know. I found that norwegian cruise line can book if you have some one at least 21yrs old in your party.

So does anyone know how to get around this? Does anyone here work for a cruise line that could give me some inside info. Or has anyone been on a cruise and have they carded you, or made a big deal out of the age rule?

Any help what-so-ever would be great guys.

Thanks

I went on a Norweigian Cruise awhile back and I never saw them card anyone. There was a group of kids who just graduated High School and I never saw them without a drink in their hand.

I have been going through travel agents and they are getting upset at the cruise lines as well! It is just a stupid rule. Norweigian Cruise Line seems to be more relaxed about the whole situation. I will call them again to see if i can hornswalgled them into letting me go.

Our senior class trip for highschool (10 yrs ago) was on Carnival. About 35 of us went and we had a chaperone from school. You only had to be 18 to drink in international waters!
