Need help on 800 Duron

I felt like upgrading my "l33t" 333celeron to an AMD type. 🙂 I've read most of the posts and found out i can overclock a duron to a ghz 😉. Can someone help me?
I plan to use:
-Asus A7V133 KT133A ATX
-256mb 133Mhz generic mem.
-v3 3000 16mb
Which cooler is the best w/ minimum dmg to my ears?
Will a "Duron ScktA 800Mhz 200FSB" run @ 133fsb or is it fixed at 200?
Will the mobo be compatable with the cpu?
For the ppl who oc'd this proc, what speeds were you able to get it up to?
Please help.Thx
 
well first off get some Artic Silver II its really good thermal compound!
then i would suggest you using a Global Win Flop 32 if nois matters else go for the Flop 38.
 
And where can i get one of these global flop HSF? Also is a 250w PSU enough or should i go with a 300w PSU?
