You do realize that most E4300's aren't hitting 3.5ghz..and at 1.5v there isn't likely any cooler in your price range that would be able to keep up..

The Arctic cooling freezer 7 seems to be the most popular heatsink in that price range.

yeah, but if you wanna hit the highest possible, on air, your looking at an tuniq tower 120, or thermalright 120 ultra, or perhaps a scythe ninja, if I'm not mistaken. And theres another good one, but I can't remember the name on the top of my head.

but yeah, if you are deadset on 3.5ghz you shouldn't go with a e4300 and even with a e6300 or e6600 3.5ghz might be out of reach.

Were you thinking about the Enzotech Ultra-X?

If you are going for that kind of a clock on the E4300, you'll need more than just a good HSF. You'll need to force the 1066 strap or you'll be FSB limited by your NB. The E4300 is a 200 FSB (800 strap) processor, unlike the Conroes on the 1066 strap. If you have an Abit or DFI mobo with a strap select feature in Bios, that makes it easy. If not, I suggest you BSEL mod the CPU to force the 1066 strap. Google for the mod -- very easy to do with a rear defroster repair kit for your car.
