i havent been able to get a P95 stable OC, even at just 2.10. I'm using 1x512 Mushkin 3500 lvl1 at 2-3-3, and i've upped the RAM to 2.7v and the CPU to 1.6v. P95 will run for about 10 hours before an error, so i know i'm pretty close to stable. i've seen similar rigs easily get 2.15 or higher, so i know i'm just missing something in the BIOS. i've got an antec truepower 430W as well. ran memtest and prime95 at stock speeds without any errors.

as suggestions?

What kind of cooling are you useing??? Sounds like it could be a heat issue... Also you might try running the ram at a slower speed, while boosting the speed of the cpu, that way you could see if its your ram or cpu. :)

max cpu temp is 54C while running P95. using retail HSF. my 64 likes low timings, having errors with CAS3, but also having errors at 2-3-2. dont get any errors in memtest at 2-3-3

Is it 54c right before it crashes on P95? I would say that you definitaly need a better heat sink. Definitaly seems to be a heat issue...
