need help my titan x is broke

Hello everyone

today i finshed my new build:

MB : ASUS rampage extrem x99 new
CPU : intel i7 5820k new
RAM : GSKILL 16 GB new
GPU: asus titan x (from my old bulid)
PSU: evga supernova 1300watt (from my old bulid)
windows 8.1
system is water cooled (no leaking and temps are great )


i installed windows and all my apps 3 days ago and everything was great but i didnt start gameing or test the gpu till today i installed the new driver 353.30 and i started the new batman game (@4k) and started the game benchmark then i left the room for few mintues when i came back display was black nothng on the screen i checked the computer it was still ON so i turned it OFF by pushing the power button now when the turned it on again i couldnt start windows and screnn looks like in this pictures everytime i restart my pc i reintallsed windows but still the same issue and i couldnt install nvidia driver it fails and ask for restart i tried diffrent card (gtx 960) and its working good so the issue is with my titan x, is this can be fixed or is it totaly broke ?

i tried diffrent pcie slot
changed the power cables
i flashed gpu bios
reinstall windows
diffrent nvidia drivers

so far nothing work

Is it normal for the two cards to be listed in Device manager?

i dont have a return option .

yes when tow cards are installed in the MB they will show in device manger .

now i dont know what to do and what to buy ?

buy another TX and try to fix this one so i can have sli or buy 980 ti ?

How do you not have a return option? If it is second hand get in touch with the guy that sold it to you or just ask Asus for RMA. If you removed the cooler put it back on!
