need help my computer wont boot windows

hmmm i dont know what happend that i cant boot my computer..windows woulent start i think it might be the drivers or something but i'm not sure..i try reinstalling windows xp on it and it woulent load the blue screen that i use to get before...i also try setting my cd room as primary boot divice and it woulent work...i also put another hard drive\from my old compuer (ide driver) and set it to maskter and it woulent work eather.
my motherboard is a chaintech vnf3-250\\10/19 bios
nvidia 6800gt 256ddr ram
seagate 160gb SATA hd
1gb ram 3200 (512x2)
anyone who could help me with this issue any tips? please post a message, i'll apushiate it very much.

I had windows xp sp2 runing on this computer before...it was working fine but now i dont know what happend...i started my computer and it said windows could not start...i had that window that lets you select safe mode etc..and i cant even start up my computer on safe mode.

What exact brand and model is your power supply? The label will tell, if you aren't sure.

I bet your PSU can't hack it. Try a low-powered video card. If it begins to work, there is your evidence. Grab one of those Enermax units with the dual 12V rails, Newegg has a 420W one around $70.

also i agree w/ getting a new psu even if you don't need it considering turbolink isn't a name I've even heard of.

Try to get a namebrand, and it might not only fix your problem but most likely prevent other more serious problems in the future.

Ok, i didnt buy a new new power supply but i try something different instead..i had 8 fans in my case and i unpluged 6 of them and it woulent work, i unpkuged all the case fans and it still woulent work..today i'm going my friends house..he is going to try plug my hd into his comp and install windows...he has the same motherboard just different vid card..i hope it works..

Eh....a little confused...my windows installation cd was he problem somehow...i went over my friends house and took my windows installation cd and it woulent work..we tryed his and everything worked...i guess there was a problem with my cd all along...not even sure on that becouse ti worked before...thats just wierd..
