Get some OC gas(pepper spray) and give a flew blasts to their A/C intake vent.
It works to keep the dogs from doing their business on my lawn it may work on these bad drivers. 😀
 
1. Sneak into the base at night and steal a tank
2. Park the tank in your warehouse
3. When someone parks their car, drive the tank through the loading door onto their car screaming "DIE MOTHERFVCKER!"

and when you're taking your time....TAKE YOUR TIME, 30 - 40 minutes....say you're just waiting for another shippment that is comming late and you can't sacrifice your manpower...sorry!
 
Why not just block them in with a note on their windshield how to get in touch with you when they want to leave?

Place some cinder blocks under drive axle
Remove forklift carefully.

Watch expression when owners trys to drive away. - Priceless

If you do not have cinder blocks, then just place the barriers behind the vehicle for a night.
