need help! monitor has gone bad

I purchased an Albatron 17" LCD from Newegg in Feb....long story short its bad...after much hassle I finally got someone in America to talk to...he gave me a website for an RMA...my monitor wasnt listed on the site so I called & emailed him 6+ times since then to get it resolved...no responses...short of the BBB does anyone know what I can do...can Newegg help me? I need help...I am about to throw this stupid monitor off my balcony just to see if it bounces or rolls

I think Newegg will do repair RMA's for up to a year after purchasing the product.

30 days on LCD's....grrr....shoulda bought the dell when I had the chance
