I have this pc case that has no rear fan other than the one in the PS. It heats up too much during load.
I just called Lowe's and they have some hole drill bits in 83mm, 92mm and 102mm diameters.
I'm thinking of making the investment, but I'm trying to imagine the probable results of a 83mm hole with an 80mm fan.
I could try to smooth the hole edges with a dremel or use some kind of edge cover or rely on a fan grill to keep fingers from getting cut.
Then again I could use a jigsaw and carve out a rectangle and us some acrylic with a hole, etc but that would just involve more work. Help!
