Nothing, SuperFetch will proactively fill the memory for you. You could play stupid startup tricks to get things preloaded yourself but that's what SuperFetch is supposed to do for you.

I think Vista also allocates more memory to apps if you have more memory available. For instance, I typically hit peak commit charges under heavy load of 3-3.5GB max with 4GB (1-2 games running, MC, couple instances of IE, various other apps). Now I'll often have commit charge in that range with just a few apps and some IE windows open. With a few games it hits 6GB easy. Kinda scary though to see 8190MB available, commit at 3000MB, 5000MB cached and 0MB free.
