Need Help making bf1942 into an image

ok this week i accidently left my discs at friends house for like a week i dont want this to happen again and i want bf1942 to load maps quicker and stuff so i need to make an image to my hd and use a virtual drive program

but alcohol clone cd and blindwrite is slow dont work

so what program do u recommend for bf1942 copyright technology yes these are mine and i do have the cd key for them for all you haters lol

If alcohol 120% doesn't work then you have problems. I hope you're not using that for the virtual drives and just for the imaging. Use daemon tools for the virtual drives.

i know i know how to use daemon tools but when i try to copy from cd it has errors all over or w/e it just wont copy smoothlylike i need to know what settings to put in

Battlefield 1942 uses a version of SafeDisc 2+ depending on which version of the game you have. Check the alcohol-soft forums for the instructions on how to make a quick backup of SafeDisc 2.

Sometimes it is normal to see disc protection reported as errors while making the image. If you cannay get it to work then download a suitable mini-image or no-cd.

BTW you prob won't load the maps too much faster, the maps are saved onto your HD. I've been running BF2 mounted for two weeks or so. Doesn't improve much at all.
