Need help making an old TV card work!

I bought an AI Tech Net-TV98, it works fine and XP sees it. There are 2000/XP drivers on the website, but I con't get the thing to install or work. It's in the Device Manager with a yellow '!' as "Multimedia Controller" and "Multimedia Video Controller". When I Add New Hardware and point it to the drivers, it says "The hardware was not installed because windows could not find the necessary software."

Has anyone got this card to work? I've used Google and to aitech.com, there old website, but those drivers don't work, apparently. Any help would be appreciated, I know somebody out there can get this thing to work. Here is some info, if it helps:

(PS, I signed up for DriverGuide and have not rec'd my password yet, but I'm sure it's the same one.
