Need help making a gas cloud with photoshop for gag, please help

I am working on an image to be transferred to a t-shirt as a gag. What I am trying to do is have the gas cloud transparent with the cingular logo in the middle of it. I haven't a clue of how to get this to work. Ultimately I would like the logo to kinda drift through the cloud so its partially within the cloud and partially sticking out through the thinner parts. If anyone can help that would great.

If you feel generous in helping here are what needs to be worked with.

yeah, but how do I get to only be over the logo and not the whole pic? Is there of way of getting the cloud to originate from the skunk butt?

Here's a tutorial from Worth1000.com on how to add realistic smoke... it should work fine for what you're trying to accomplish
