Need help looking for a IT job in Bay Area CA.

Fellow anandtechers, does anyone know if your company is hiring IT people? I would also need H1 sponsorship by mid February. Thank you for all your help.

Well i would try the banking/finance firms. If you are in San Francisco, try places such as Charles Schwab or Merrill Lynch.

Charles Schwab and Merril Lynch are some of the biggest finance firms in the world. Look up their websites. Perhaps you've seen their commercials on TV?

Charles Schwab is a a holding company that engages in securities brokerage and related financial services. I believe Merril Lynch is very similar. They both have commericals on television so i am surprised you have not heard of them.

I am a really big fan of using DICE. I found a job at HP in a matter of a week or so. And I got my job at Palm in 2 days because of DICE.

You can also try some contracting firms out there, but they might not be able to help with your H1 dealio.
