Need help locating a Rockwell Driver for an Internal Modem..Please HELP!!!

My friend has an internal modem but he doesn't know the manufacturer.

The driver was described in the device manager as -

Rockwell HCF 56k Speakerphone Modem. I'm aware that Rockwell make the chipset thats on the card but where the hell do I find drivers for this sucker?
