Need help locating a motherboard

Ok, at work we have a REALLY old setup. It uses a full tower case and the network is run through dos on serial cables. Basicaly, I am looking for a replacement board for this machine. I don't want old, but it has to support 15 ISA cards. I might be able to get away with a few less, but this is all software run. I work at an answering service so the cards are here to stay. Any idea's on where to purchase something like this? Or where to look for one? Mucho thanks!!
