Need help! Lian Li PC65 w/window...need to cutout 80mm fan hole

I want to make an 80mm intake hole in the side of my Lian Li PC65, with the pre-installed window. Now this window material is very thin, flimsy. I;m not sure what tool to use to make this blowhole. I want it to be neat and round, dont have any room for error.
Tools I have:

Dremel ( if this tool is best, what bit should I use?)
Jigsaw

Give me some pointers on this, especially from people who have done this to their Lian Li.
🙂

From what I've read, it's not a cut idea to cut into the side panel that comes with the PC-65. It *WILL* crack.

So your putting a fan hole in the already exisintg window?? I would search around you in school? if so they have some tools you could get a hold of?? A drill press would work well..... I haven't done this to a lian-li case, but I have done this to my new case.

Find out what the material is if your talking about the window and then act accordingly.... if it is plexiglass almost anything will cut it.....

Take it to a local machine shop. The will have everything necessary and should only charge you like $10-12.
