Need help!!! k7s5a sound drivers!!!

I'm having problems getting the onboard sound to work on my k7s5a mobo. Everytime I try to install the sound drivers, a screen pops up asking it i would like to proceed, blah blah. As soon as I hit enter I get this message "Fail to copy sndsys.inf" right away. Call me a n00b, but I got no idea what this is. I've tried downloading the latest sound drivers via ECS website, with no luck. My sound doesnt work at all now. Anyone have any ideas??? Am I doing something wrong? I'm currently running Windows 98 (1st Edition) could that be the problem? Everything else installed fine, including the onboard ethernet... help!

You know I had the same problem with win98 1st edition..I got the newest drivers from the web site and it worked for me..goo dluck
