Need Help...Just build an AMD system and it keep rebooting

Ok guys,

I just received my new case from Newegg. Its a Maxtop case the model is Model#: 147KG2F-USB BLUE300 . I took my EPOX 8KTA3 out of my old computer which was working fine running win2k and put it in this new case and have problems since. First for some reason, my internal zip just don't work anymore. Second the pc just keep on rebooting for no apparent reason. Sometimes it reboots every 5 minutes and sometimes about 2 hrs. I am suspecting its the power supply. The other system I have an AMD power supply and the specs on newegg said that this is an amd ready powersupply. I check the acpi setting on both bios and system and still no go. I am only running a duron 750 (no overclock) with 256 pc133 ram, 1 cdrom, 1 cdrw, and a 20gig harddrive and the powersupply is 350v. Can anyone help.

Another problem I also have is when it was in the other case.....I have jumpers on all my cdroms and harddrives to set them master and slave. On this new one. I have to remove all the jumpers otherwise it won't even detect any harddrives. Its just very weird.
