NEED HELP!!! just bought a Veiwsonic 20" ws...

this also happened when i tried playing it on my HD TV a while ago. Open it up...just crashes right to the desktop. It worked fine yesterday when i had my CRT up, but with this display no dice. Anyone know a possible fix for this?

There's a problem with BF2 when you switch monitors to different resolutions. Go into your My Documents folder, find the Battlefield 2 folder and rename it to something like Battlefield_2_old and restart the game. You'll have to reset all your video and sound and control settings but the game will run fine.
