Need Help! Is there a free data recovery program?

I somehow deleted a VERY important file that is rather large, and It's still there, but I need a free program to recover it. ANy help is GREATLY appreciated.

Hey, thanks a ton - you just saved me 90 bucks. Unfortunetly, while most of the files were there, upon recovery, they were so corrupted that they are unusable
