Okay a friend of mine just got one for her laptop. She plugs it in and it only detects it as a flash drive(it has a port where you can put a memory card) and some image software she has opens up. She put it in her brothers laptop and it detects(and installed) it just fine. So obviously it's an issue with her PC. Is there any way we can force her PC to recognize it? She has called Verizon and they can't figure it out.
Also, she said she got the install screen to come up while on the phone with the verizon chick. However it got hung up somewhere and she had to cancel it or something. Now she cant get back to the install screen.
