My current gpu is a GeForce 610 ddr3 (fits in the little slot) and the 620 fits the Bigger one. I have watched and read many tutorials on how to boot up the other card. When I put in the 620 with the 610 and see if my computer has recognized the 620 under display adapters it isn't there.
So I don't know what to do right now, please help!

Try the 620 alone.

Are you trying to SLI the two cards?

No, when i run the 620 alone, it wont boot up bios. it just stays where you click to boot bios up and nothing happens.

They should both use the same size slot. Unless one is a PCIE 1X card?

What are the two video card models?

What motherboard?

Put the 610 back in. Go into the BIOS, can you find a UEFI vs Legacy setting? Set to legacy, then try the 620 card again.
