Need help installing 4 in 1

I downloaded the VIA 4 in 1 drivers yesterday, but haven't gotten a chance to install it until today. I was about to install it a while ago, but I realized that there are a lot of options that I don't quite understand. Such as enabling DMA, and installing AGP in standard or turbo mode. Could soemone give me the rundown of what these options mean? Thanks
