We have a Dell 4100:
P3-866
WinXP/Win98SE
512 Crucial PC133 (2/2/2)
Gainward GF3 Pwrpack (original GF3)
SB live!
3com NIC

Previous graphic card in the unit was the Voodoo5 5500 AGP. It was getting 150fps in Diablo II Lord of Destruction and 120fps in Unreal Tournament under Win98SE. With the GF3, 25fps D2 LOD and 90fps UT in both WinXP and 98SE. Latest Gainward and nVidia drivers was installed, no effect. Latest DirectX installed in both Win98/XP, no effect. Using a DirectX remover, I even tried to install earlier versions...DirectX 7.0, 8.0, 8.0a were all installed, with no gain in fps. WinXP was a virgin fresh install, after HD reformat.

Does anyone else have this fps problem? Why am i not getting "nfinite" speed out of my "nfinite" graphics board?
TIA for all the help!

I had similiar problems- try setting AGP aperture to 128 in the bios. Is your Vertex shader score low on 3DMark2001?? Fixxed my problem anyways.
