need help in win xp toolbar

i just d/l the mac10 theme from themexp and i was wandering how do i make it to even more mac 10 looks. like this one the toolbar on top of the screen with the big icon, i know mac 10 has that and it hops when the mouse hover on it. need help pls.
 
You need to install another application for that. I've used one called Y'Z Dock or something like that for that. There's a few others out there. Check out deskmod and go to the Y'Z Dock page for more info
 
wow, thanks but how do i put what icons i like like nero or warcraft3? and it doesn't do start-up on winxp
