literal: thousand miles, i look for her, thousand of times (not sure about this). looking back however it feels like that person is beyond the waning lights

what does it mean? i have no clue. feels like it's saying you've been looking for the person forever but now she seems unfamiliar... but then poetry has never been my strong point

haha, damn!!!! I studied this love poem when I was high school. yes, I got a crazy chinese teacher back when I was in high school.

forget the last 3 words (or characters if you like to call it), those are added.
