Need help in research! Seriously

My uncle went to Europe for few weeks. He was on a trip in poland, traumatize his bad leg which previously had surgeries in the states. I need to find one way ticket from Warsaw to any of NYC airports it has to be eticket since i dont have enough time to mail it to him. Date is 4/29 Lowest I found is on travelocity with taxes $420 but its paper ticket

why not call a travel agency? maybe they can express it to him with some kind of insurance to make sure he gets it?

travel agency want $600 and he paid for roundtrip ticket here $365 including taxes from priceline its not exchange or refundable
