Need help in overclocking i7 2600k

So far I have been able to overclock my I7 2600k cpu to 4.2 ghz @1.24volts with LLC level 4.

I'm using a hyper 212 plus cooler, ambient is 30 Celsius, and I'm getting temperatures 69,71,71,68 using prime 95 small fft. May I know if this is normal?

May I know what voltages I need in order to get 4.6 or 4.8 ghz?
