It must support standard ATX PSU's. Not coming with a PSU is a big plus, but I can live with it if it does.
12cm cooling. Rear and/or front preferably. But side might work.
USB 2.0, Firewire, HD Audio front ports.
2 Internal hard drive racks not dependent on a external 3.5" to mount them.
2 External 3.5" drive bays.
2 5.25" drive bays.

Black in color, or Silver in color, or 2 tone black and silver.
Under $50

Anybody know of a case that fits those bills? I might be getting a chance to build a company a dozen or so computers if I win the bid. All other hardware is set but the cases. I am having trouble finding a suitable candidate.

Antec has some fairly compact cases in the NSK 3300 or 4400 series or the Solo. The mini P180 might be another. The Silverstone SUGO 03/04/04h are nice too, but are way above your budged.

Yeah I found plenty that go way above my budget. What about the Foxconn TLM776? Front port HD audio is just a standard audio header with rearranged wires at the header right? So I should be able to rearrange the wires and that gets me front panel HD audio?
