Need help in diagnosing app (A-PDF Password Security)

All it does is add a simple password for securing the pdf.
I've been using this app for about a year, and never had any problems with it.
However, a new update to Kaspersky insists its malware (Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Homa.dcu)

Is it really? False positive? Or maybe the site got hijacked, and its putting a virus in all its .exe's?
