Need Help In Choosing The Right Power Supply and Number of Fans For My Rigged AMD System (PLEASE HELP)

Need help in finding out right power supply for my comp. and also the recommended number of Fans. Here are the specs of my Computer.

Alright here is what i got:

1. CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+
2. Motherboard: MSI K8N Neo Platinum (nForce3 250Gb)
3. Computer Case: Antec SLK2650-BQE Mid Tower
4. Storage: Seagate Barracuda 200GB 7200RPM Plus (8MB cache) ATA
5. Memory: 2 X 512MB OCZ PC3200 EL Dual Channel Platinum
6. Optical Storage#1: Lite-On 52x32x52x16 Combo CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive
7. Optical Storage#2: NuTech DDW-082 8X DVD+/-RW
8. Video: 128MB ATI Radeon 9800 Pro, DVI, TV-out

The Case comes with the following:
1 350 Watt SmartPower ATX12V PSU
Cooling Capacity:
-1 120mm Rear Fan Specs: -RPM: 1200 -CFM: 38.94 -dB(A): 25
-1 80mm front (Not Included)
-Chassis Air Guide (standard) with optional 80mm fan (Not Included)

The Case has only room for three fans, should I replace the power supply and the 120mm rear fan and what kind of power supply or 80mm fans should i get?

So Yeah, Please help me out.:confused:

Just leave it, it should work fine....if the temps get hot get a 80mm for the front. I'd reconsider your graphics card.
