Need HELP! Im wanting to put a build a plexiglas side panel

Can anyone point me to site that either shows cutting out a hole in the side panel of a case and putting in a piece of plexiglas with the black seal around it. I need to see how its done. If anything maybe replacing the whole side panel with plexiglas but how to mount it were it would stay into place and lock in the case grooves.

Heres an alternative here to using black rubber seals. he also has some killer ideas for ducting.
Ive used his ideas in other machines, and they've always worked. Plus the neon's cool
