What week and stepping is this chip?

I have it running at 868 with stock HS/Fan on my ASUS P3BF mobo with 256mb pc133??? memory I bought about 9 mos. ago from STEP. When I bump it up to 933 I notice that during the memory check it only detects 208mb of ram now. I don't think the memory can take the 133 fsb. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
