Purchased this pc at a yard sale for $20 (w/2 monitors)and am going to fix it up for somebody that is still running a 386.
It is a socket 7 (came w/ 200mmx) with 4 pci and 4 isa slots. PCB dimensions are approx. 10*8.5 so I guess that makes it a BABY-AT.
4 sockets (marked SIMM 1-4)for 72 pin memory and 2 sockets (marked DIMM 1&2) for 168 pin memory.
Uses award bios (074569538 pci/pnp 586).
Probably intel vx chipset.
Not much is written on the board:
P5 (maybe an S?)F76
VER. 1
Designed in USA
Made in Taiwan
Used MOBIT but that didn't find an exact match.
One weird thing; I took out the 32meg memory that came with it and put in 2 64meg sticks (pc133) but it wouldn't boot (even into bios), removed 1 stick and it would boot but only see it as 16meg of ram instead of 64 so I'm assuming I need to flash the bios to support more ram.
thanks,
kef7
