Need help identifying Intel Motherboard

Can anyone help me identify this board? It looks like it might be out of a server since it slids or connects to backplane. It has no power connector on it. And the only numbers on the board are:
IUBL04407726 AA 723854-104
160k79101 A
ED P1210
C4095843
Intel Type: BL440ZX
PB 721282-001

I checked intel.com and could not get any info with any of these numbers. Any help is appreciated. I can send a pic of it if necessary. thanks

Try this Intel link. Quote from the Intel site:
NLX connections and riser
There is no power connector on the BL440ZX. Power, I/O slots, and data connections all reside on an NLX 1.2 compliant riser card, which is required to power the motherboard. Risers may be vendor specific to a chassis style or sold by third party vendors. See the NLX website for vendor lists. Note: This link will take you off of the Intel web site.
