Can someone tell me what these are called? And where I can buy one?

I tried Google/Google Image Search... "recliners," "rockers" ... nothing.

I saw them in a photo from Penny Arcade one time (can't find that post)... I think Tycho said they were great for video games.

(And, yes, I know I suck at drawing.)
