Need help identifying a song

I was in my hometown's bar last night (the only bar in town) and the DJ said he just got a new single and played it for the crowd and the place went bananas. Everybody was dancing and going nuts. I was pretty drunk, so I don't remember much of the song, but I know it started out with like "what up playa, its your birthday. get drunk like its your birthday."
