This movie had a large-nosed creature of sorts... I think he's a disfigured man who goes to some kind of otherworldly place and makes a deal with someone... and in the end he ends up fighting for his daughter with the help of these other humans who can transport throught light or electricity or something like that. It's been bugging me forever. I know this isn't much help, but yeah...
