Need help identifying a motherboard

The motherboard I need help with has the following sticker on its isa slot.

There is no other signs on the motherboard as to who makes it or the model. It supports a slot one processor has an agp slot along with 3 pci and 2 isa slots and is a bx board with pc100 support.

Any ideas.

Put enought stuff in it to get it to boot to the BIOS screen. It should give you a BIOS version line and you should be able to research this backwards at the bios sites such as WIM'S BIOS.
