Need help identifying a band

Okay, so American Woman was originally done by The Guess Who. It has since been covered a number of times by, amongst others, Lenny Kravitz, and the Butthole Surfers.

I'm looking for the band who did a recent(?) cover. It's been on the radio a bit lately but I've never caught the band's name. Not much to go on, but there ya go.

I emailed the radio:

That's actually Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings.
It's only available on their new DVD:
"Bachman Cummings First Time Around"

Happy to know you like it. Thanks for listening.

Great version. It ended up not being a cover at all... they just sound a lot different now, and it's been given a new feel.
