Need help identify congressman

I need help identify a congressman.

he was the speaker for the day and Cspan did not put his name up during the time I watched. I use him several time in a my short journal for class so I really like to know his name. I'm too tired to try and go though a couple hundred congressman(well I still am but there's alot) so I"m hoping maybe its someone's congressman and help me out.

nothing

I just snapped the picture with my camera as it being played off my tivo. if I had paused his picture would be even blurrier

nope he's not one of the leaders. according to the house records

is appointed speaker. but he does not look anything like the guy who was actually there.


well anyhow I ran though all 50 states he doesn't look like any of the pictures provide on the GPO.
