Got the big 1 year anniversary coming up :D when I propsed to the wife at Epcot (Frech section) we had dinner there and a cocktail that was champagne and some kind of liquor in it. I think they called it KIR and we had some raspberry liquor in ours.

What kind of liquor do I need to make this again?

Kir royale -- listed above (cassis actually, no "e")

Kir -- white Burgundy (chardonnay) with cassis

Don't use too much cassis as it can be overpowering. The mix is difficult to achieve sometimes so practice, practice, practice. ;) It's from the Bourgogne (Burgundy) region of France, centered around the town of Beaune.

possible
Kir Royale
1 part Creme de cassis
5 parts Champagne
Crème de cassis is a blood-red, sweet, black currant-flavored liqueur. It dates back to the 16th century, first produced by monks in France as a cure for snakebites, jaundice, and wretchedness. This cordial works well in pousse-cafés and some cocktails, but is most commonly mixed with just vermouth, white wine, or soda water.

A little expensive but honestly some of the best food I've had anywhere, and I have eaten some of the best.
all the staff was french by the way.

I remember they offered several different flavors with the champagne including peach.
