It was on a few weeks ago, maybe a month, early one morning.
Lead character was a nerdy comedian who couldnt tell jokes. He had a growth growing on his back that eventually developed into an arm that would type on the keyboard. There was a "sex" scene with two giant fat women and a guy who ate an oil and peanut butter sandwich.
