Can anyone help me test this thing out?? i have an atx power supply tester but this is an EPS PS and it doesn't fit.
how do i see if it is the PS or the MB that is keeping this thing from turning on.
i plug everything in and i get NO JUICE.
it's an EPS PS, a Dual P4 Tyan MB, 2 P4 Xeon CPUs installed.
