Need help!!!...HURRY PLEASE

I am wondering if this power supply will be good enough for what I want????

Antec True Power 2.0 480Watt....
if not that one then I could go with a 520watt OCZ Modstream if that's better(same price as the Antec)

Let me know if that PSU is good enough for this

1. DFI Lanparty Ultra D Nforce4
2. Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego
3. 2GB of OCZ Value VX
4. 2x 74 GB Raptors (already have them from old PC)
5. XP-90 heatsink with a Vantec Tornado 92mm fan
6. Antec P-160 (I know about the P180, I prefer the 160)
7. 1x Panaflo Ultra High Speed 120mm fans
8. MSI x800xl video

whats the amperage on the 12v line? Over 30 amps would ensure a stable system
