Need help hooking up USBs

I have tried this once before and did not get it right. I have asus p4p800 not sure what kinda case. I have two usb wires coming from the front With four different wires to pug in

1 ground
1 vcc
1 -d
1 +d

My motherboard has a row of 5 on top and 4 below how does this plug in?

From the manual, +5 volts pin is towards the back side of the board.

Back of motherboard (towards pci slots)

.USB +5 [ ] USB+5
USB P5- [ ] USB P5-
USB P5+[ ] USB P5+
......GND [ ] GND
............. [ ] OC# (Do not connect OC# to GND)

If I have this hooked up wrong will it burn up what ever I have pluged into it? I turned it on and did not see any smoke

vcc
d-
d+
GND

???
