Need help: High speed cable/internet service choices: RoadRunner vs Earthlink

I am about to subscribe to the cable modem service from Time Warner.
They have a choice of RoadRunner ($35) vs Earthlink ($30).
Anyone knows what the differences are between the two?
Any recommendation?

if it is both from timewarner, then i suspect there is no difference.

I have roadrunner and pay 45$ a month here in houston, but i get 5mb down (600kb downloads) almost constant, along with 512kb up.

I have been using Earthlink for a year. No complaints.

But why yours is $30? Mine costs me $45 per month!
