need help here on updating the bios on the ecs k7s5a

ok peeps I need help on updating the bios on this board..

I have downloaded the flash utilty and a bios for the k7s5a with on board lan..
the system gives me the following error

file does not exixt..

this is the following command line I typed

f-10621

it does a check for chipset type and a check for flash part
then I get the error..

any clue how to get past this..
