Need Help!!! Having problems with fan on north bridge chipset of KT7-RAID

The fan on the north bridge chipset of me abit KT7-RAID is fluctuating, like speeding up and slowing down. It is very annoying. I know they that the fan is not necessary but I kinda want to keep it on. Is there a way to replace it? I took it off and cleaned it with a Qtip and put a little WD-40 on it. It seems to be working but every now and then it will do it. Basically is there a replacement fan I could get for it besides the one Abit makes? Also has anyone else had this problem?

I'm not certain, but I think it uses a 40MM fan...

Hey mine does that to but only if my computer has been off for a few hours then I turn it on again, and it only last about 30 seconds. I put this sort of oil in that I use for my riffle don`t know what it`s called, and it seemed to have stoped doing it.
